Free Setup & Design on All Products Getting started is easy! Already have a design? Simply place a generic order and email your design to sales@customkoozies.ca (mailto:sales@customkoozies.ca)along with your order number. We’ll create a print-ready file and send it to you for approval before production. Need help with a design? Place your order and email us your photos, text, artwork, or inspiration. Our team will create a custom design for you and send it over for approval. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll begin printing. Not ready to order yet? No problem! You can email us your design ideas anytime. If you’re happy with the concept we create, we’ll either send you an invoice or direct you to our website to complete your order. Fast Turnaround & Delivery Thanks to our 100% in-house production, most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after design approval. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the time your order is placed and your design is approved. Turnaround times may vary depending on order quantity. Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.

We operate production facilities in Canada and Australia to ensure efficient and reliable fulfillment. Orders are dispatched from the facility closest to your delivery location, based on your required delivery timeline. If the nearest facility is at capacity, your order may be fulfilled from Ontario or the next closest location. In such cases, we provide same-day or next-day express dispatch to maintain prompt delivery within 2–7 business days.
