It’s simple — you choose the product, and we’ll take care of the rest.Since our koozies are made from scratch here in Canada and printed using full-colour sublimation, virtually any colour or pattern is possible. Whether you want a solid colour, camouflage, geometric design, timber print, gradient, or a completely custom pattern, we can print it.To choose your colour, simply provide us with the Pantone colour code or HEX code. You can also download our most popular colour chart to help find the colour you’re looking for.Looking for a custom pattern or background? Simply upload your file, provide your instructions in the instruction box, or email us all the details. Alternatively, you can email your print details along with your order number, and we’ll create a mockup for your approval.​Since our koozies are sublimated/digitally printed, any color, pattern, gradient, or full-background design can be printed directly onto the koozie with no color limitations. You can provide your preferred colors using either HEX codes or Pantone colors.​Alternatively,​you can download the Color Chart from our website and send us the corresponding color code for the shade you would like.

Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.

We operate production facilities in Canada and Australia to ensure efficient and reliable fulfillment. Orders are dispatched from the facility closest to your delivery location, based on your required delivery timeline.If the nearest facility is at capacity, your order may be fulfilled from Ontario or the next closest location. In such cases, we provide same-day or next-day express dispatch to maintain prompt delivery within 2–7 business days.Please note that all Canadian orders are manufactured exclusively in Canada, reflecting our commitment to supporting local production and maintaining the highest quality standards. Screen printing struggles with multiple colors and fine details on neoprene. Smooth, Long-Lasting Finish Sublimation dyes the neoprene itself, creating a soft, seamless print that won’t peel, crack, or fade. Screen-printed ink sits on top and can wear off over time. No Design Limitations With sublimation, you can print complex patterns, full-wrap designs, or custom graphics easily. Screen printing is limited by color separation and often can’t cover the entire koozie. Durable, Washable, and Water-Resistant Neoprene koozies can be washed without damaging sublimated designs. Sublimation prints resist moisture, condensation, and repeated handling, while screen-printed ink may fade or peel after washing.
