Setup and design are free for most products! If you already have a design, place a generic order and email your design to sales@customkoozies.ca with your order number. We’ll send you a print-ready file for approval before printing. If you need a design, place your order and email us your photos, text, artwork, or inspirations. We’ll create a design for you and send it for approval. Once you’re happy, we’ll start printing. You can also email us your design ideas before ordering. If you’re happy with the design, we’ll send an invoice or direct you to our website to place an order. Once payment is made, we’ll start printing. Still have questions? Thanks to our 100% in-house production, we usually dispatch orders within a day or two after design approval. Delivery takes 2-7 business days after the order is placed and the design is approved. Quick delivery also depends on the order quantity. While most orders are delivered on time, busy seasons or postal delays can add a few extra days. Yes you can, if it is just the colour variation and the base design stays the same their will be no extra charges.but if there are two different designs in the same order , extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing order if unclear.

We have production facilities in Canada and Australia. Depending on your required Delivery date and Delivery Location. We dispatch from the closest facility. But if the closest Facility is busy, all orders will come from Ontario or from the second closest facility, with same-day or next-day express dispatch, so the customer receives the product within 2-5 business days.
